- Customer Cancellation (Prior to Trip Date): Full Refund for cancellations made before 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the day prior to travel. 50% Refund for cancellations made between 15:00 and 20:00 (8:00 PM) on the day prior. No Refund for cancellations made after 20:00 (8:00 PM) on the day prior.
- No-Show or Inability to Travel on Trip Date: If the guest is unable to travel on the scheduled date for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
- Weather Conditions & Force Majeure: Operator Cancellation: If the tour operator cancels the trip due to bad weather or safety concerns, guests may choose between Free Rescheduling or Full Refund. Guest Cancellation: If the tour continues to operate but the guest decides not to go due to rain or weather preference, no refund will be granted.
