- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure: If the operator (D-Day) cancels for safety, a full refund or free reschedule is provided. If the tour operates but the guest cancels due to personal rain preference, no refund is granted.
