Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to ticket availability and approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure: The park operates in the rain. If the operator closes the park entirely for safety, you will be offered a Free Reschedule or a Full Refund.
