Airport Pick-Up Procedure
International & Domestic Gates
Step 1 — Meet Our Staff
Once you exit the gate, look for our staff member or a name tag sign displaying your name.
Step 2 — Staff Coordinates Your Driver
As soon as they locate you, our staff will immediately contact your assigned driver.
Step 3 — Driver Heads to the Airport
Due to airport regulations, drivers are not permitted to park or wait near the terminal, as this can cause road congestion. Your driver will be on standby approximately 1 km away and will head to the airport immediately upon being contacted. This usually takes around 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Step 4 — Getting to Your Vehicle
On a smooth day, you may be in the vehicle within 5–10 minutes. During peak hours or periods of heavy traffic, the waiting time may extend to up to 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
