Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Prior to Trip Date: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund issued for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure: If the operator (Sawanu) or National Park cancels for safety, you receive a Full Refund or Free Rescheduling. No refund is granted if the tour operates but the guest cancels due to personal rain preference.
