Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund issued for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to ticket availability.
- Weather / Force Majeure: The park is primarily designed for nighttime and indoor entertainment. If the operator cancels for safety, a full refund or free reschedule will be provided.
