Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the “Palace of the Elephants” theater. All guests must deposit their cameras and phone-cameras at the security counter before entering the theater.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to ticket availability and operator approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure: The park and show are designed for all-weather conditions. If the operator cancels for safety, a full refund or free reschedule will be provided.
