Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Prior to Trip Date:ย Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show:ย No refund issued for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure:ย If the operator cancels for safety, choose between Free Rescheduling or a Full Refund. If the tour operates but the guest cancels due to personal rain preference, no refund is granted.
