- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund issued for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and potential charges.
- Weather / Force Majeure: This tour operates rain or shine as it is road-based. If the operator cancels for safety reasons, a full refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
