Infant Child Policy:
Child rate applies to heights 100–140 cm. Infants under 100 cm in height are Free of Charge (sharing a seat with a parent).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Full Refund before 15:00 the day prior. 50% Refund between 15:00 and 20:00 the day prior. No Refund after 20:00 the day prior.
- No-Show: No refund for personal absence. Rescheduling is subject to ticket availability and operator approval.
- Weather / Force Majeure: The show is an indoor performance and operates in all weather conditions. If the operator cancels for safety, a full refund or free reschedule will be provided.
